Dr J Customizes Your Website Design The Way You Want It Done!

Website Design Payment Plan

The Total Costs Are To Be Completed In 3 Payments.

The Website Is To Be Completed In 4 Phases.

Phase 1: 

The total cost of this job is divided into 3 equal payments. The 1st payment (1/3 of the total) is due at the beginning to get the work started.

The Client is to spend one hour minimum brainstorming their website Vision, Mission, Domain name, expectations, etc with DrJWD.

All photos, written content, images, logo, icons, etc are due from the Client during the brainstorming session.

Any missing content not delivered is to be delivered to DrJWD within the first 10 days of this contract agreement start date.

Phase 2:

The 2nd payment is due at the beginning of the 2nd Phase to get the 2nd Phase of this contract started.

Also, the client is to spend one hour minimum with Dr J Website Design, beforehand, reviewing the work completed from Phase 1.

At that time, the Client is to ensure that all corrections, edits, modifications, additions, etc. from Phase 1 are known and made to his/her satisfaction by DrJWD.

Phase 3: 

The 3rd payment is due at the completion of the website.

The Client is to spend one hour minimum with Dr J Website Design reviewing the work completed from Phase 2. 

At that time, the Client is to ensure that all corrections, edits, modifications, additions, etc. are made to his/her satisfaction by DrJWD.

This completes the main build and the main design for this Client’s website design contract agreement. 

Thank you for your business, your time, and your cooperation. 

Phase 4: 

As a show of appreciation for your business, at no extra charge, DrJWD will make minor changes, additions, adjustments, etc. for 50 days. 

The Client has 50 days, from the day of website completion, to discuss edits and modifications that the Client missed during the building of the website.

During the 50 days, the Client can also determine if they want to make a contract agreement for DrJWD to continue to maintain the website monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or annually, for a fee.
